The Marriott Hotel is the primary site
for PIMRC'98. For more information on the hotel, check their web site at

The Marriott hotel reservation date has passed, and we have been informed by the hotel that they are essentially sold out for the dates of the conference (some rooms may be available at a higher rate on some of the conference nights). A block of rooms is available at the Sheraton Boston which is within convenient walking distance of the Marriott. This availability includes Friday and Saturday nights, September 11 and 12. The rate at the Sheraton is $259 per night for 1 or 2 people. These rooms will be held until August 28, 1998. The Sheraton reservation phone number is 617-375-6521, Fax 617-236-6077.
Other, less expensive hotels will require public or private transportation to the Marriott. These include:
